Thank you for participating in the 2022 Promise Ball Auction. If you won an auction item, below are some details on how to receive your item(s):

• We will be offering pickup on Thursday, April 14^th and Friday, April 15^th at our office. 
  • Pickup will be available between 10am-2pm on April 14^th.
  • Pickup will be available between 10am-2pm on April 15^th.
  • Credit card charges will be submitted 4-6 business days post event. If you pre-registered your credit card, no action is needed. If you need to update your payment option, please call Teryn Eustace at 832-699-5114. Auction items cannot be picked up without payment.
  • Our office is located in 1776 Yorktown St., Suite 560, Houston, TX 77056. We are located near the Galleria.
  • If you won gift cards or certificates, you can pick these up during these hours as well.
  • Alcohol cannot be shipped and must be picked up at our office.
• If you are not able to pick up your items or certificates during our pickup hours on April14^th or 15^th, we will ship them to you. Please email Jennifer Sotuyo at jsotuyo@jdrf.org with your bid number and mailing address. Please note that an additional charge of $6.00 will be charged to the card we have on file for you to cover shipping & handling, and an additional shipping cost may be added for larger items.
